Automatic Webpage/Mobile design Mockup Generator

I'd like to have an automatic application that will serve as template generator: I'll describe the application I need done: Main function: 1. Add client 2. Generate template library 3. with template category Basic Scenario steps: ADMIN FUNCTION: a. Option to manage mockups [ choose wepage or mobile design] -add, edit,delete mockups i. template creator must have drag and drop function and import html of the ready made template. -list generic template library list, with content holder for company name, email, other company information. b. Add new accounts - Input company name, and other information - Generate link with thumbnails to show multiple template options on how their website will look like - Wen given a link, Clients can click each individual mockups, and option to look other templates under different category. - add, edit,delete user c. Report/List of generated accounts d. Ready made template library
