I need a responsive website. I would like it designed and built. I would like to create an pdf to audio app. That my clients can use to download PDFs onto their personal cloud library (on the app). The app should have voice recording capabilities for notes and pdf form editing, signing , initialing and emailing features. The pdf should have an option to highlight text as the audio plays. If it is possible I would also like to have a feature that allows the client to scan a physical document which uploads to the cloud and then immediately provides an option to convert to audio or leave as a pdf. The app should have an option to trial for 30 days.
