AngularJS and Bootstrap Prototype

I want to build a prototype build with angularjs and bootstrap, it is important to have responsive and advanced technologies which will improve the look and feel if the app. The idea in general we have a med size organisation wants to have election for managers by employees. this project is not a real project and won't have real data and everything will be just a values stored in $scope object in angular, however, it is important because if the prototype is not good the project won't continue. If the prototype passed user acceptance test there will be new contract.. I won't start talk and explain the requirements unless I see good pid price. The deadline is after two days of awarding the project Election System of Labor Committee The system has 2 actors: admin employee The website should be able scalable and responsive to all devices, and it should be built with modern style to have the best user experience. The website should have about us page. The system has departments , employees The admin can create election cycle, each election cycle has the following: Title Pre-Election Period: start date-end date ( any employee can be candidate, he/she can write in their own profile what is his plan) Election Period: start date-end date.
