This project's purpose is to develop the first version of a cloud-based (AWS or GCP) gymnastics and track and field system meant to be used by the amateur sport community. The main users served will run the gamut from leagues & officials through to clubs/teams & individual participants. Please submit a portfolio of work as well as your rates for review. After those are received the bid will proceed as follows: 1. A shortlisted group of freelancers will be chosen 2. An NDA will be executed (see attachment) 3. A high-level functional specification will be shared with the intent of developing itemized proposals with a fixed rate. 4. A winning freelancer will be chosen, contract executed and work starts. This project should be the prelude to ongoing work as the system is deployed and an increasing number of users start to use it. Initially the system will be used to replace an already running application with the intent of providing superior service and features.
