creating a website

we need professional programmer and designer to design a website for a remote- working company which offers online services in different aspects of translation,programming,design and marketing. *THIS site should contain the basic and known pages of (about us,contact us, homepage,the policy of site and support) The website should have a special system that serves both of clients and the company employees Firstly,with regard to "clients'" part : -The clients have to Register on the site ,then they contact us online. -They are the only persons on the site who are permitted to use the online payment of "skrill,paypal and visa" secondly: with regard to "our employees'"part: -Each employee has to register on the site and determine skills and experience he\she has ( this is the most important info we need) -The adminof the site is the responsible for announcing for any job, attaching the required skills with this job. -This announcement has to be automatically sent( as a notification and as an e-mail) to the employees who already have the required skills . -All the employees who get these notifications and e-mails can comment on the job until the manager or the admin chooses the most qualified one. -the system of the site should enable the "qualified" employees to upload images and files with the comment. -The admin chooses one or more and he\she agrees on the job by private chatting with them. -after finishing the job, the admin evaluates his employee and attaches this evaluation to the employees'profile. NOTES: -THE admin is the only person who controls chat on the site and makes it available to the employees he wants. -the designer must provide enough space on the site for other companies' advertisements. -the designer has to add social media figures on the site( facebook and twitter) and makes it available to login with facebook.
