App for Android and iOS

I need a company (request invoice at the end of work) to create one app for Android and iOS. Due i would resell this app, i need all license (also you use open source, i pay extra for commercial license). App must have: - user view: serial number for access, categories, and tabs of product for each categories. In each tabs of any product, it will be image desciption and other data... most important: there it will be a button animated (swf or gif) linked at server (can changed if in remote folder i change this button). Clicking on this button, i download a video and autoplayed it in integrated video player for 3/4 of screen ( no fullscrenne mode). in other 1/4 of screen appear default button. Video player must have play/stop and slow motion button. - admin panel (integrated on app and online) accesible only for a super user, for edit and manage categories and each tabs of products. - a system to know how much user view a product or tabs (similar to a Analytics). - very good design (we give you design), app addatable to all tablet and samrtphone. Give me a price for both app (ios and android) IMPORTANT: project only for companies, i need an invoice and license to resell this app in store. You can use open source and we will buy extra license commercial for each script used. Budget is little because app is very simply.
