Design Wordpress Theme for Optician Website

I need a wordpress theme (design only, no coding/installing required) for an optician's business based in Germany. They shop is selling glasses, contacts and hearing aids. Offers standard items as well as specialised products like diving masks and shooting goggles. The website is to provide information only and will not include a webshop. In total there will be three page to be designed: 1. Index Page Carousel with three images under the header. No controls for the carousel, only auto-play. Pictures: 2 related to glasses, 1 related to hearing aids. Below that, three "blocks" for core areas of expertise (glasses, contacts and hearing aids) and a short list of recent news (2 entries). 2. Content Page Describes products and services offered. Contains mostly text as well as some explanatory graphics or manufacturer logos. Used for several pages on the site. 3. Contact Page Street address, business hours and map. I would like a design draft for the index page and 1-2 iterations. Once the design is final, I need a complete theme with graphics, templates and CSS as well as the PSD file. Schedule: Final design draft within 7-10 business days, delivery of theme (+ PSD) within 5-7 days after that. It's not a fixed schedule but should give you an idea of what I expect.
