Design and implement design into template for kickstarter-like site

I have a project I've already developed which will track kickstarter projects. The project is written in Python/Django, and can be seen at [login to view URL] (the password is False, case sensitive). The content is fully functional and represents most of what I want to render. What I want is someone to first develop a mockup design to ensure we're on the same page, after which I will hire that person to complete the design, as well as build all the html/css and integrate it (should be easy, I'll provide the template files). The design should be simple, elegant, and 2.0-ish. Leveraging bootstrap would be nice, and something like [login to view URL] 's new design is ideal. The design should also be mobile friendly! If you're interested, please start a mockup and show it to me to ensure we're on the same page. I need you to ensure you include all the current content on the site - so please look at it!! I will require a mockup to start, so please take the time to do this.
