Design handwritten directions on wordpress site (to be used as highlights/accents)

We're in early testing, and one common piece of feedback is that people don't know they have to keep scrolling down on the page (we use a parallax theme).
I would to have somebody draw some text (with some arrows) in a few spots along the website, to draw users attention to what they have to do (see my photos below for what I mean - though my drawing is in paint, i want it to look a bit better). I would like to the text font to look like hand writing (matching the logo of our website, also attached).
I am hoping this is a very simple task. Please only bid if you know how to do this, and please include in your bid description the word "CAPTCHA"; it would let me know that you're not just bidding with copy/paste, but that you've read this.
