Design and build a homepage using Bootstrap 3

I need a home splash page design for a company offering an online service with a monthly payment structure (so we need the Plans table toward the middle-bottom of example 1). The designs will be turned into a theme for our CMS of choice, so we just need the layout developed in HTML and CSS using the following: - Bootstrap 3.1.1 (specifically this version) - HTML5 elements - Preferably using LESS to compile the stylesheet and to customize the Bootstrap defaults Please keep everything based around the Bootstrap classes (extra styling is acceptable, but the more Bootstrap-based, the better). Please define the colors used by overriding Bootstrap's brand-* color variables. Please use the Bootstrap grid classes to allow the design to be responsive. Color scheme would include a white/offwhite background. Primary colors will be left up to the designer. Some designs we would like to be similar to would be the following. NOTE: We do NOT want an obvious copy of these designs; we just like them for their clean design, structure, and color. We want these traits to be part of the design provided. 1.
