Design app functional front page and business advertisement page

I have added artwork with a skin that appeals to what I am looking for, possibly with a cleaner colour tone. (I prefer white backgrounds and blue/purple colours) The app will show a list of pubs and clubs local to the users location, similar to the google listings shown in the added image but with a far far more attractive skin like the other added image. Page 1 - the Main page with the map taking up a small area, the listings of pubs and clubs nearest to your location and of course a nice logo for the app name 'KRAWL' When the user selects a listing, a full page advertising the business should appear giving info on drinks promotions, live music etc etc. Although this info will be populated by the business themselves when they register. Page 2 - I want a trendy template with the same skin as the main page but simplistic to read and edit (for the business themselves) like a Facebook page. The main body of this page should be the information from the business, and below I would like a live comments wall containing a comments box and a rating out of 5 stars. Therefore people can update what is happening and rate the atmosphere in real time. The comment box will also contain a name, image and 'posts' figure for the individual posting. (Much like a twitter feed)
