Design a Training website with LMS + Virtual Classroom

We are taking bids on the design of a professional online training website. This would include LMS + Virtual Classroom (chatroom based). We are open to other ideas as well. The existing LMS + Virtual classroom solutions that exist can be integrated with the website as per discussion. 1. We require a survey style page to capture students' preference on training dates and on the type of training they are looking for. 2. The website needs to be able to accept payments and do refunds 3. The website needs to be created with SEO in mind The power user/administrator have the permissions to create and modify accounts for the students. The registration process needs to be straightforward. Student makes payment for a specific course and they get their registration information and email with their login information for the course. Additional components: We want to implement a coupon system for the website, but we want to discuss how much extra would this cost. Coupons could be used for discounts or waivers on course fees. We want to have the site SEO'd but need to discuss what this will cost We will be looking for an Internet Marketing firm to market the website. We might not do this right away but if your company does this then we will have to know what this will cost We require an intuitive mailing list component to this web site to communicate with the students who have expressed interest.
