Create A Low Fidelity Website Wireframe

I am looking for someone to create a low fidelity website wireframe. Requirements for hire: 1. Planning and information gathering - Before starting on any drawing/sketches, i expect the hire to understand my requirements very very clearly. To achieve this, the hire is to provide a brief writeup of what i require in your own words. If need to, i am happy to have a chat session to provide further assistance or clarifications. If you are uncomfortable in iterating with me before sketching, you should not apply for this job. 2. When the requirements are clearly understood, the hire is to convert them into conceptual sketches or low fidelity wireframes. I will review and iterate with you to get to the end state. If step 1 is done correctly, step 2 should not take long at all. 3. Once the wireframe is completed, the hire is to provide a detailed functional specification document which can just be handed over to developers or graphic designers to proceed further. I run a successful digital media business, helping other companies to get started on the internet. I am looking for someone I can work with on a long term basis. If work is done well, there may be the opportunity to further increase the jobs to full-time or near full-time in the future if desired. As this is a long-term relationship, i want to make sure that you also benefit by working with me. In this job, you will learn a great deal about entrepreneurship, running a business, online marketing, sales and more. However, there are certain criteria you must fulfill before applying. If you do not have excellent written and spoken English, and are not comfortable making phone calls (over Skype or similar) then you should not apply for this position.
