Create Great Looking JPG Designs

We are planning to develop a portal covering a huge variety of different kinds of posts - recipes, celebrity photos, popular videos and so on. We are looking for somebody to create a good looking design for a homepage and all the internal category pages. For this project, we would like you to create a great looking JPG designs for all category pages and the homepage which will give the developer exactly an idea of how the page will exactly look. For example, if it is a recipe page, where will photos of the recipe be shown, where the text of the ingredients would come, where would other elements (facebook buttons, comments etc) what would be a good looking font will look like etc. For a thorough discussion on the project, we would require you to create a sample design of one of the categories page - E.g. recipe page, actor page etc so we can have a look at your design capabilities. If we are impressed, we would move to a paid project to design the whole website and possibly to even develop it. This is important because earlier where we had a sour experience with some bad designers.
