Convert a Template to a Website

I would like to have a website created from a wordpress theme that I have already. I will have the domain hosting and wordpress and the theme in place by this afternoon. I have an example website that shows the main function of the one I want and it's name is: [login to view URL] As you will see the main purpose is to gather leads for auto transport services. The site should be constructed in such a fashion as to promote SEO follow on work, and drive the search results based on keywords I will provide, and of course those you feel appropriate. You will see that the new site [login to view URL] is in keeping with the type of quote page I'm looking for (as seen on the other site I indicated). 3 step to the top service provider in the nation. I can provide or install content as I can do most of the simple tasks to keep the project clean on your end. I don't have months to do the work, so if you are interested please give me your most aggressive timeline and fair price for the work. I estimate about 10 hours give or take to complete the task. I would like lots of bright colors used, but not so much as to irritate the user.
