Build a Website

I have a small project and would like to know if you could work on it? What I want is a CMS (No preference), What I want it to look like is [login to view URL] but very simple. If you look on the Myspace index page, 1. I don't want the footer which plays music, 2. I dont want user log-in feature. 3. What I want is a sliding to left and have the post to slide to left like on Myspace. Just two sizes for the post. 4. I want to have a CMS to post new content and when we click on the post, just a pop-up should appear with photos and text. 5. I do want few categories on the left as it is on Myspace This is quite simple and do let me know on how much will you charge and how long will it take.
