We have an existing website, just copy and design with Big Commerce platform. We are looking for someone to build, upload and design a site for us YOU MUST HAVE --------------------------------------------------- 1. Photo editing skills (cutting/resizing/formatting/manipulation) basic stuff but essential for website development 4. Thanks for your post on Freelancer, firstly I would like to say that we DO NOT ASK TO RELEASE PAYMENT till the entire project is complete. Only thing that we request is that you put in an escrow deposit that you do not release till the end of the project.
