Backpackers listing website

I need a website created for listing profiles of backpackers in africa. This website should feature a business logo and look professional and clean.I am not usre what colour scheme I want yet, and I am open for ideas. This website should allow for google adsense on the sides. It should also allow to place a custom advertisement on the main page and on the details pages of each listing. The list view should have a photo or a logo of the place, a heading with the name, some description. See attached an image called listing1, which is an example of how the listing can look. this is an example of a listing site in south africa. http://www.backpackingsouthafrica.co.za. I want something definitely better than this. But this site gives some of the basics that has to be on the website. [login to view URL] is a good site, but I only want to focus on south africa for now, and surrounding countries such as nambibia, botswana, mozambique, zimbabwe. Later on all of Africa. The listings should be free for now. Later on I would want to add a price to the listings. But for now I will only make money out of ads on the side. When clicking on a listing, i want a detail screen to appear with tabs at the top. Details tab, contact details tab with a map for location details, photos tab, activities in the area tab, prices, rooms, facilities. it should also have a tab saying other accomodation in the area...giving the guy the option to select another listing from this view. this other accomodation will be other backpackers in the area as well as some self catering options. It should be easy to navigate back to the previous screen with the main listings with the previous search results remembered. (in the details view there should also be a lik to the website of that backpackers place. there should be a area to enter comments and ratings regarding the backpacker...people's experience of the place and if they recommend it or not. they should be able to give a rating of the place...this rating should should in the listview in the form of stars...1 to 5. also in the details tabbed screen. the search should be by country, with south africa selected by default. then per province and city. Should also be able to just enter the city in a text field and search. I want to be able to select an add and place it on the main screen. also on the details screen. ads should be filtered when doing a search. If I search for a certain city, ads should appear that are applicable for that location. same if i select a province, some more general ads to appear. then there should be some general ads applicable to the whole country to display if no ads found for that area. This means i want some screen to select an add to be placed per country, province and city. this would then appear in the listing screen, and details screens. also want google adsense, but not all ads should be google ads. Please also add some basic SEO into the site. I am not good in SEO, so would like to have tips on SEO and how I can get my site listed in google search. I am a developer myself. I prefer that this project is done in Microsoft tegnologies. MVC 4.5, AJAX, JSON, JQUERY. I like the bootsrap styles, so i would like to have a bootstrap stylesheet linked to the site. I also know some python, with the django framework. I would also accept it in python. Reason why I want these languages is that I can be able to make quick changes in the future. Big changes I will contact you guys again, but for small changes Im sure I will be able to handle myself. I want the source code of the whole project when done. I want to host it at a hosting company of my choise. I hope someone can help me in making this website a reality. I would also appreciate if you can help me with selecting a name of the site and domain. something to do with back packers in africa. Please contact me if more details are needed.
