Create PDF Document

I have a 5-page Word document that I want made into a nice presentable download on my website. I do have all of the Adobe programs and would like to be able to edit the document after you have created it. BOL helps homeowners fight their lender who are foreclosing on them. The PDF is about one of the services that they offer, Real Estate. There are five different services that BOL offers, so there may actually be five PDF's The services are on the document at [login to view URL] I think the document should have a cover with some color on it and then the inside laid out in such a way that it is easy to read, etc. Please use some creativity to come up with a really professional looking document. Take a look at these two documents: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I am not expecting anything as elaborate as this, but you can see all the creativity that you could use to come up with a really nice looking brochure. This would no doubt be an 8 1/2 X 11 inch document, portrait. Let me know if you have any questions. You must complete this project by Sunday. I will act fast and make decisions very quickly.
