Blog Design & Special Plugins Needed For Blogger

My is Doniel and I'm looking for a free lancer who can re-design an exisiting blog. My ideal design would be something very creative proffesional to fit my image as a Network Marketer. I also would like to add some grapic work to the blog, with all of the plugins. Since I do a lot of creative writing I would like for my freelancer to add the special plugins needed for good seo ranking on google and other search engines. On the blog I also need several pages added and if you're chosen for the job I will instruct you on the pages for the blog. If your work is quality you maybe selected for another redesign job.
