CAD Drawings of Audio/Video Patch Panels.

I am in the process of getting a fabricator to make up some custom rack mount panels for Audio/Video Interfaces. Similar to AV1 (1) image
In order to do this I need to give them CAD diagrams of what we need.
I am looking for a freelancer to work with me on Skype or Google Chat and make some diagrams. The final diagrams will look like AV1 (5).
We will advise of the layout and connectors needed. It will be various BNC, HDMI, RCA & XLR connectors.
Need total 3-4 diagrams, 2 for custom panels and 2 for rack view.
Very simple job so looking for the most economical provider. Will consider new Freelancers with no feedback if bid price is good.
