Animate powerpoint/articulate/voice edits

Take this 9 page power point presentation and animate it to a very professional level as this will be used for training. This need to be a wow presentation and we are going up against other companies to get all the future learning courses. We will also have voice on this presentation that has some noise to it. I would like to see if this can be cleaned up. This needs to be done tonight and converted to Articulate or Captivate where I can get it on a website for viewing in the morning. This project is due in my morning and I am on the Eastern time zone. Graphics and colors and text entries etc must be look very professional. Skilled bidders only please!
