Create Map with Highlighted Areas

We need a UK map which has certain postcode areas highlighted. You can either use a stock photo of a UK map and just edit it to include the highlighted areas, or you can create the map from scratch. We will provide you with a list of locations which need to be highlighted. These can be seen on a map here - [login to view URL] . There are plenty of maps available to use which have the postcode areas displayed, so it will just be a case of changing the colour of certain postcode areas. The map will use 2 colours - the background colour of the map, and then a colour to show the highlighted areas. If you will be using a stock photo for the map itself, please show me the map when bidding so I can see if it will be suitable or not. This is a quick and simple job, so no more than $15 please.
