A national non-profit charitable organisation requires their 2012 Annual Report to be designed and laid out to be printed and also viewable on-line. The finished product will include 25-30 full-colour pages plus a front and back cover page in an A4 booklet, double sided, fully collated (printing double-sided on A3 paper and stapled in the middle to form A4 pages).
We will provide the successful bidder with all text and photos, and rough instructions for the layout for each page. We will also provide examples of the type of documents we are are expecting and ideas to model the design on.
The successful bidder will also be expected to provide advice and recommend fonts, colour scheme, layouts and general placing of all text and photos.
The finished product will need to include two files:
- One high resolution pdf suitable for printing, including crop markings and room to bleed. This will need to be in line with the requirements of the printers.
- One low resolution pdf for viewing on the internet.
It is essential that the successful bidder keeps constant, daily communication through email and Skype conversations with the employer to ensure that we are happy with your work and progress, and the overall design. For this reason it is essential that the successful bidder is fluent in English.
We are expecting a professional, eye-catching and extremely high quality finished product.
