custome skype GUI design in photoshop urgent

i need photoshop design and icons for my custom skype application. i am developing a small desktop application which is custom skype app. This skype app is with limited options ( not the fully functional skype with all features ) . i made this skype app only with the options that i need. below is list of options: make call. disconnect call share screen stop screen sharing audio settings online status offline status away status do not disturb status remove these areas from app: 3, 10, 9, 14( see image for numbers ). You can completely replace the things , like you can move contacts from left to right or what ever you want. You can use your ideas.
