Cleaning, sp[otting and image corrections ASAP!!!

Hi, I am a photographer, looking for another...photographer, graphic designer or artist etc, and the project is URGENT!!! I have 200 (100 images - hor + ver) food images (95% on white backgrounds), and they need to be cleaned (dust spotted) All shot in digital, so I mean the dark circle spots mainly, however dust on plates etc as well. However if there are bad reflections on an image or a plate is dirty (not only dust, but a sauce was split too much etc), please get to it so it looks cleaned. So, it would not mean only dust spotting, but cleaning a plate, a backround etc. from distracting elements as well (only from those that really distracts). The food itself does not have to be looked closely and "smoothed" - and only if there are any really distracting elements to the eye - it should be corrected Also, all images will have to be looked at for exposure corrections, and any should be made (I mean there are mostly too large tonal differences between foreground and background) Generally I mean the images should look at their best (color, contrast, exposure), but the most important thing is to clean the images NOT all images are to be corrected or cleaned, but You will have to look at all, to find a problem I think there will be about 50-60% to be cleaned or spotted, and there are not so many imperfections on all images. Second, about 30-50% need exposure corrections (less ratio difference + general exposure and rather high contrast - or opposite). The images MUST be left as they are, only with minor exposure corrections (except a few of them). But You will have to go through all in ...-100% view, as I do not know which are bad exactly It is for a printed book, so the "clean food image" is expected (however they all are rahter good) Please, reply me on this asap.
