create back office(admin+member)

Project Description: i need a developer who can help me to modify current back office system in my site. And some code modification for affiliate link. I have running website, need to change the design of my back office’s (admin + member) area functionality, design etc. Additional Project Description: In my existing back office system u need to add/modify these things: In member panel: 1. Create , (now we have one tier), 3 tier affiliation system with banner, link, tracking report with graph (registration), calculation(in own earnings, affiliation earnings, detail earnings etc.),) 2. Change the design of presenting data, functionality (table, search option, pagination etc.) In admin: 1. Ip checking option( like- : find ip of certain users, find the ip which using by more than one client, ip address need to store acc registration time, so we can check his login ip for checking etc.). 2. Aff. Tier value modification. 3. Design of presenting data, functionality similar to the member area.
