Design and consultancy

This is a consultancy project as part of the preparation for a bigger scope and a separate end to end project for building a social network website and associated IOS and android app( project’s name in freelancer :” Build a website” released from one month ago by Gloriam Technologies Australia). The intention behind this exercise is to divide the detailed end to end development implementation from the design. This project will cover the following: - A flow / site map of the functionality, user type - A detailed explanation on what flow will be implemented to achieve the deliverable - Actual designed layout, the home page(main) and inner pages - Discuss and design the DB architecture. This exercise will take 2 weeks and it will be on hourly basis, the hourly cost will be maximum capped at $15 per hour. For the 2 weeks consultancy my assumption will be a cost of ~ 200 to $250 maximum. For the actual design layout, please specify SEPERATELY the design charge for the per inner page =$X And= $y for home page. All the approved design pages will have to be delivered in psd format. The mockups and revisions will be in jpg format as part of this consultancy project. Please provide your quote and your credentials.
