CrateJoy - Edit Existing Template for Subscription Service

Greetings -
I am currently utilizing the CrateJoy Subscription Service found at http://www.cratejoy.com. As part of their service they offer various stock templates. I need assistance in customizing the templates to be that of what I need.
As you might assume by its service, I run a subscription service myself. Details of my subscription service will be detailed in full to the project winner.
What I can tell you now is what is requested.
I am looking for someone that can alter the existing template and make my ideas appear. Mostly of my edits are simplistic and mostly (if not all) cosmetic and CSS. There will be no real logic nor functions created here but instead just a nice way to lay out the information I want on the page.
Features to be added to template (yes you will have access to the code base)
- Product Images with Title descriptions below
- Insertion of Header Texts
- Insertion Subscription Plans (Text, Description and button link that adds item to cart (maybe a js call?))
- Insertion of "Testimonial" area
- Insertion of Q&A area
The above features will be added within the same page
