Collaboration for a website

Hi, I recently purchased a Chinese domain name ([login to view URL]) and intend to collaborate with anybody to create a website. My main interest is to have my Google AdSense banners on the website and I will let a web developer build a website for themselves. The website can be in any area, as long as it is decent and legal. The domain name has many backlinks and from my research, had at some stage a decent amount of traffic (800 visitors per day). I consider having the website hosted on a free webhosting company. Any costs related to the website (higher requirements related to webhosting, traffic, software etc) will have to be supported by my collaborator. I can contribute to share the costs, for a share of the profit, in case any profit is made. Looking for suggestions and ideas. I am willing to pay only $10 for the chosen developer. Thanks, Nick
