Career builder and Linked in features combined with additional features

I would like you to recreate a job portal using a combination of features in both career builder and linked in together. I want to include additional features - but you need to sign privacy/confidential agreement form before we can discuss and proceed. It will be a fixed price project and you will be paid only if I get what I need. If you already have something, that will be great, you can show me and we can discuss what are things that need to be customized. You need to be available during 5 pm to midnight EST time on skype. Also, if you commit to a timeframe and do not deliver on time, I will not pay you. It will be a fixed price project. Give me a good offer.
