Build a simple quiz script

There is a fun quiz site, [login to view URL] on this page it has a simple script that shows results to the question "When Will You Actually Get Married?" there are 10 results pre made which on each refresh it randomly selects and displays. after the results displays it has a share button under with which user can share it on facebook. the share url is made in such way that when a friend of the user who shared the result clicks on the link he/she lands on the [login to view URL] not on the result page. I want the same quiz made, every feature. Please have a look before you bid and discuss with me. Also not when ever you refresh the page [login to view URL] the result page url that is on the start button changes randomly.
