Build an online database

Project Description: Im looking to create an online database using visual studio. The database will be created in access on one table and will use the following fields: NTLogin, FullName,ServiceArea,Nationality,EmpLanguage1,EmpLanguage2,EmpLanguage3,EmpLanguage4,EmpLanguage5,EmpLanguage6,EmpLanguage7. On the home page i require 3 radio buttons (ungrouped) -Employee Name -Department -Language When these buttons are selected I require: For Employee Name a panel to appear with "please select a language" and a text box for name entry. This is initially hidden on the home page. This text box will return a message box if the name is not in the db. For Department- :"Please select a department to appear" and a dropdown box. I will populate the dropdown myself. For Language-"Please select a language" and a dropdown box to apear. I will populate the dropdown myself. Once one of the above radio buttons is selected and either the text box filled in or dropdown selected, the user will press a button to open a second page which will display the employees full name, department and language/languages. on a table. The user then will have buttons to either export or print the data or go home to the first page. The user will be able to search for a language, staff member or service area and export or print the results.
