I want to create an Online Tutoring website that would work through a video interface between the student and a teacher. I want it to work in a fashion in which the user gives a description of what he wants to "learn" in order to find a suitable teacher for him. The video connection should be established from a source that would come out of the company's headquarters were we will have the teachers, whenever a student gets into the website looking for a Math teacher for Geometry in 6th grade, a tutor that is knowledgeable in that area of expertise will be connected with him.
