I am in need of a skilled programmer to build a lottery (as in gambling) style website from the ground up. This site will employ a complicated algorithm to operate successfully. Therefore, the programmer must be able to write and execute complicated mathematical algorithms. This site will need to be registered abroad which means traveling overseas may be required.
