Build a Website with Embedded Interactive Content

I need a website built with flash content embedded in the website. This flash content is a school brochure with its files as large as 300mb on disc. I need this disc transferred to a website maybe as an iframe so the app can load like a disc was placed inside a computer system. The links should be placed as a drop-down menu under the flash content of this website. Furthermore, this will be a ONE PAGE website. Arrangement of the website will be provided by web developer. Color scheme should have "green" as the dominant color. It should have a cool effect on the visitor. A back end is not necessary, ad jpeg can be added via website files on the cpanel. Dropdown menu items and links can also be edited via cpanel too. Since this is a small project, we would appreciate conservative project pricing. Payment will be done 100% via milestone and released on project completion. Developer will be required to provide a graphic example of what he has in mind to develop.
