Build a Website to read story according to entered keywords of person

this website contains database of various stories of real life which will be displayed to user depending upon his entered keyword. this keywords will be related to story. for example:- website asked user to fill the options like: keywords = Name, age, interest, life goal, weakness , strength etc. like this 10 option will be their. which should be filled by user. After as it done than website shows a story which is related to above entered keywords. this stories are of two forms: audio and text of 26 different languages. out of which one will be selected by user and accordingly it should give output to user it can be audio or text in selected language. And their must be option to log in for user either by social network or email. and in their profile they must be able to see history. and their must be an option called 'post your story".. which allow user to upload his story also. but before uploading story it should be approved by admin. and it should be for both computer and mobile..
