Build a Website URGENT

Hi, I need to build a website for Property Renting. The website needs to be dynamic and I already have a wordpress theme which needs to be edited with the specific features mentioned below: 1. Please go through the following link and you will notice a 'Mouse- over' feature that is applied in this theme. [login to view URL] It has a mouse-over feature for the images. All pictures are Black & White and when you move the mouse over the picture, they appear Colored. That is the exact feature that has to be incorporated in the website. 3. I want to Incorporate Booking system with a calendar. The Booking System with calendar needs to be the same way it has been shown in this link: [login to view URL] 4. Another important feature that needs to be incorporated is the payment system of Payoneer: [login to view URL] We are choosing Payoneer because it allows us to provide a 'Payment Card' for transactions. Suppose the client is renting the property and wants to use the debit/credit/visa card for payment, the amount transacted from the card will be stored as 'Credits' on the clients account made on the website. These credits will be further used for making the online purchase/payment. Hence each client has to have his/her own account on the website. Upon cancellation of the payment, the credits will be transferred to the "Payoneer Card" that we will be providing to the client and not on the client's own account.
