Build My Personal Blog

I'm after someone to create a personal blog for me. I need a high quality design that portrays a professional image. I will need a logo and i will provide you with some images to put on the website. As part of the blog i want to collect email addresses so i will offer a free guide in order to collect email addresses. The main purpose behind the website is to brand myself and display my expertise. I will require you to come up with a creative logo. And then put together a welcome page which will collect emails and also display the blog posts. If you know how to use the SumoMe plugin that will help too. I also require a side bar on the blog to promote various other things. In the attached text file i have included details of blogs which i like the look of. I don;t think a custom wordpress theme is required. You should be able to use an existing theme to achieve the desired look. this should be a relatively straight forward piece of work for someone who knows that they are doing. Please check the sites in the attachment. I will require something similar.
