Build a Milestone 3 of Homadorma website

We are hiring a web developer to create the 3rd milestone of our website. The 3rd milestone will be a replicate of Milestone 2 with contents in Chinese, plus user management backend. You do not have to understand Chinese in order to take this job, we will support you with English comments on the Chinese content. But you must be comfortable working with a language that you do not understand. You will be provided with 90% of the pages completed in html and css. What we lack in house is the php/asp coding, and dynamic website coding abilities.
