Build a Live Streaming Website Portal

I need a sort of all-in-one streaming package. A website where one can show sports streams, movies, tv series and more! Here is exactly what I need: Sports (Admin Panel): - Add/Edit Sports (Basketball, Football etc) - Add/Edit Leagues (NBA, NFL, NHL etc) - Add/Edit Teams (Chicago Bulls etc) - Add/Edit Games Games should automatically remove once they have ended, each game should have start and end time - Add/Edit Stream Links Sports (Front-End) - Home Page (List of all games, games ended should not be shown) - Sports page (show only non-expired games for specific category) - League Page (same as sports page for specific league) - Team Page (same as sports page for specific team) - Game Page (it should have some information about the game, and links to live streams) - Live Stream Page (it should have embed stream) There should also be some ability in admin panel where I can set up my ads, impression numbers, placements etc Movie Section (Back-End) - Add/Edit Category - Add/Edit Genre - Add/Edit Movie - Add/Edit Link (a movie can have more than one link) Movie Front-End - Home page (list of top movies, popular movies, featured movies) - Category page (again, popular movies and all movies) - Genre page - Movie Page (some information about movie and links) - Stream page (quite same as sports stream page) TV Series (Backend) - Add/Edit Category - Add/Edit Genre - Add/Edit Series - Add/Edit Seasons - Add/Edit Episode - Add/Edit Links I think front-end should be same as movie except there will be an additional episode page which would host all stream links, and there would be a season page too which would list all episodes Channels (this section will host 24/7 running tv channels) NOTE: It should be linked to the sports page, so I can select a channel for sports game instead of putting an embed if I want to. This section will be the same as movie section but would have no genre. Community Section (I'm not sure of this section yet, please submit your bid with price of this module added, and also mention in description of price without this module so I can choose). - Forum - Blog - Commenting on each page - Live Chat Once I award the project, I would need at least 3 design mock-ups for which to choose (and I might ask for a lot of customization in the selected design). And yes I forgot, An overall home page is also required which would list most popular of everything.
