Automate quote and sign up procedure on UK accountancy sites

I have several sites. I need some design help on the following: - [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 1. Ideally on all 3 sites I'd like a quote form - like this one [login to view URL] (so that site already has one) 2. I'd like the quote form to deliver a quote online. 3. I'd like the quote to be emailed to me and the user. 4. I'd like the user to be able to sign up to our services online. 5. I use GoCardless direct debit payment system. Ideally I'd like the monthly fee to be delivered and paid via this. So I see this going across 3-4 pages - quote page, online quote, sign up, payment - perhaps! Can you help? Have you experience with this kind of thing? Have you integrated GoCardless before? The same quote system can be used on sites 1 + 2. A slightly different (less complex) one needed for site 3.
