Design Work - Joomla 1.5 Template + Course Cover Design + Timer Script

Hello, I have 4 tasks to realise. First: Design for my Ecourse. It is an online ecourse about create website fast, cheap, and easy, No Html. It is 4 videos. I need the full package that make it a great ecourse. I let your creativity image it. I have attached 2 simples in the folder : screenshot Delivery with jpeg, png without transparency, PSD. Second: template modification. On 11 templates, I need some modification, I don't have the psd files. I will give you the zip file for all template, for all 11 templates it is joomla 1.5. In the screenshot folder attached you will find screen capture with the modification that I need. Third Task: Timer script: I would like for my website ([login to view URL]) a script that my 2 payement buttons appear after a timing of7 minutes like on this website for the first button ([login to view URL]) On the screenshot folder you have a picture of what I want. I would like to get the script give on txt file +implement on my website.
