Design of Membership Card

We need a graphist to design a membership card for our two shops. Membership cards will be two sided. Format is standard CR-80 credit card, ie 86*54mm. We are a bureau de change, ie we buy and sell foreign currencies. This is a Gold card, for our preferred customers. Colours must be metallic Gold and Blue. We need dollars symbols (possibly with euro and pound symbols) or dollar picture to be used as "filigrane". The cars will be preprinted and then the photo and name of the customer will be printed on site. Name of the customer will be printed in black and picture in colours (about 20*20mm). The flag of the Democratic Republic of Congo should appear, as on the example shown. The examples can be used as a basis. In this case the black background should be put in blue. Images to be provided in svg, png and jpeg format. Please provide example of your cretaive work. Thank you, Nicolas
