Create logo for online real estate business

The winner will need to deliver 1x logo in various formats including .gif .jpg .tiff. .pdf .esp etc (eg editable) and sizes (both pixel and resolution) 1x copy of color palette used for printing and web design 1x copy of all fonts used (pref TT fonts) 1x email signature in editable format to add employee details 1x logo to fit best in required size of facebook, twitter, linkedin and also some other sites etc 1x letterhead and footer (with footer) in .doc format so we can add and edit address/company details etc. 1x with compliments slip 1x business card design (in editable formats) 3x website banners (this will be done last with text and sizes to be supplied) You should be using CS4 to do this Copyright will be ours and all copyrights to use the product. LOGO brief We are a web based business that is going through a name change we currently operate as [login to view URL] (check it out for example of something we use currently and like the look of, but DO NOT contact me through it). The logo should 1. be easy to read 2. have the words [login to view URL] in it 3. have basic graphics 4. we like orange, purple, lime green and grey (probably not all of them in the one logo though) 5. have a small graphic that can easily be used in things like the logo displayed in the tab on all browsers 6. represent WHAT it is we do - keywords to remember: real estate, online, easy, fast, value, fun. I have included a file attached with examples of some logos I like, you will see a common theme through all of these which will help you with this. This logo will dictate the color scheme of the whole website and company This project will also have ongoing contract work within the same fields/company on a per job basis. Q.
