Banner for my aweber autoresponder series & to use on business card

I need a banner and business card template made up. I am making a site called: The Green Smoothie Detox Diva Tag line is weight loss, mental clarity, vibrant skin I want a pic of a cartoon type woman who's in yoga clothes... A caricature might be good too. I will pay a $10 bonus to anyone who provides me with a sample that I actually select. You will need to upload the banner into my aweber account and send it to me so I can use on my stationary. The same banner will be used later in my squeeze page. Also need to be able to make a business card out of the template.. or with a piece of the template that you will provide to me. Thanks! MaryJo
