Design 3 mock-ups for the home page of joomla site.

The project is to design three mock-ups for the home page of joomla site. The website is dedicated to the hairdressers. We are looking for a simple, modern, clean and clear design. The main colors should be combinations of white, green and blue (and normal text in black color). The website will contain pages with listings of hairdressers, and pages with details of the hairdressers. We need 3 mock-ups in html/css to study 3 different styles (different combinations of colors, different font types, different locations / distributions of elements). The code should be as simple and generic as possible, avoiding the use of features specific to a single browser. You should must indicate which browser and version have been tested. Attached is an Excel mock-up and ppt explanation. This is a content mock-up, showing only the items that must contain the home page. The distribution of elements is indicative and not mandatory. In a subsequent project we will request creating the joomla template of the mock-up selected. The budget is indicative. Proposals will be accepted.
