Business Pamphlet Creation from mockup

Looking for someone to put together the structure and simple aspects of content for a small brochure in powerpoint. Structure and content will be based on a hand-written mock-up, and will involve text-box formatting and basic graphics selection. The end product should be a powerpoint document that allows for the ability to make edits to the text / charts and minor structural changes going forward. Budget is 100 pounds.
