HTML/Document Design Project

We are a non-profit organization that reaches out to retail donors to raise money. We have 3 designing needs: 1. We send out a newsletter appeal every month to our donors. We are looking at refreshing the look of our newsletter. The [login to view URL] gives a sense of what we want. We would like the same to be converted to HTML. 2. We send Feedback reports to our donors for their donation. We would like the same to be more professional in their look. A Sample Feedback Report is attached. Details of the additional content we would like to carry is also attached in the style template. This needs to be designed for DOC but should look good when converted to PDF as it is sent in PDF format to the donor. 3. We also conduct Verification Visits to our NGOs to check the authenticity of the above Feedback reports. A sample verification visit report is attached (this will always be in this format). Details of the additional content we would like to carry is also attached in the style template.
