Create banners and an arrow

1) Make an arrow on the attached CCpassport3b_sm. You can see where I attempted but it looks bad. 2) Make the attached banners nicer, fancier, more exciting. I *think* you made some for me before for this project. I want something new and fresh. I’m not sure what you can do but I would like a bid for 3 ideas for one size and then we can decide which style to use to make the rest of them. I am including all sizes so you know what you are working with. They are for the website I mentioned (I don't want to put client information here as it is no longer protected) if you want to look for inspiration there. I also have emailed you a link to pictures you can use.
